Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not by itself create a contract or guarantee a booking, celebrity appearance, casting opportunity or production slot. Quotations are valid for the period stated in them.
Booking acceptance
A booking is confirmed only when we issue a written booking confirmation or service agreement and any agreed advance payment has been received. Specific commercial terms — scope, deliverables, timelines, revisions, fees and cancellation terms — are documented in the relevant quotation, booking confirmation or service agreement, which prevails over these general Terms.
Scope, deliverables and revisions
Work outside the agreed scope, additional revisions or extra deliverables may be quoted separately. Timelines depend on timely client inputs, approvals and third-party availability.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate briefs, required approvals, rights to any materials they supply, and timely feedback and payments.
Talent applications
Applying as a model or talent does not guarantee selection, auditions, casting, representation, employment, paid work or any specific project. Opportunities depend on project requirements, eligibility, availability and the applicable selection process. Any fees for optional services must be disclosed separately and agreed before payment. Applicants under 18 require parent or legal guardian involvement and consent.
Intellectual property
Website content, design and branding belong to us or our licensors. Ownership and usage rights in production deliverables are as set out in the relevant agreement. Images on this site may not be reused without permission.
Image permissions
Clients must hold the rights to any brand assets, music, logos or materials they supply. Use of any person’s name, image or likeness requires appropriate consent.
Confidentiality
Where agreed in writing, we keep project information confidential in accordance with that agreement.
Celebrity and third-party talent
Celebrity or talent participation is subject to availability, written confirmation, contractual terms and applicable permissions. We do not claim representation of any named public figure unless expressly stated with authorisation.
Third-party platforms
Links to third-party platforms such as WhatsApp are provided for convenience. Their use is subject to their own terms and policies.
Website availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website and may change or suspend it at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
