- Client enquiries: name, company or brand, email, phone, city, country, service required, approximate budget, preferred dates and project details.
- E-commerce and event enquiries: the business, product, event and contact details you enter.
- Talent applications: name, age confirmation, city, country, phone, email, applicant category, optional height and experience, portfolio and social profile links, and your introduction. For applicants under 18, parent or guardian name and phone.
We do not ask for identity document numbers, banking details or file uploads. Please do not include sensitive personal information in free-text fields.
Purpose of collection
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate bookings, and review talent applications for suitable opportunities. We do not sell personal information.
Consent and legal basis
We process your information on the basis of the consent you give when submitting a form, and, where applicable, to take steps towards a contract you request. You may withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing already carried out. Applications from people under 18 require the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Form submissions are processed and stored by our website host, Netlify, Inc., through its Netlify Forms service. Submissions are not published on this website and are accessible only to authorised members of our team through a password-protected account. Data may be stored on servers located outside India.
Retention and deletion
We keep enquiries and applications only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose they were submitted for, or as required by law, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information using the request form below.
