Payment & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 9 October 2026
Overview
Payments made towards confirmed bookings, photoshoots, production services, event arrangements, talent coordination and other agreed services are generally non-refundable once the booking is confirmed and payment has been made, subject to the applicable booking agreement and applicable law.
Before making payment, clients should carefully review the quotation, project scope, deliverables, production dates, cancellation terms, rescheduling conditions, applicable taxes and any third-party costs.
Where rescheduling, cancellation adjustments or other remedies are expressly agreed in writing, the applicable agreement will govern, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts any refund, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a confirmed service cannot be delivered by the company, the matter will be addressed in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.
Any refund legally due or expressly agreed will be processed through the appropriate payment method in accordance with applicable requirements.
Written quotations
All work is based on a written quotation describing the scope, deliverables, timelines and fees. Please review it carefully before confirming.
Advance payments and booking confirmation
An advance payment may be required to reserve dates, crew, talent or venues. A booking is confirmed only once we have issued written confirmation and received the agreed advance.
Payment milestones
Larger projects may be billed in milestones (for example, advance, pre-production, shoot day and delivery) as set out in the quotation.
Additional production and third-party expenses
Costs not included in the quotation — such as additional shoot days, extra locations, travel, permits, props, wardrobe or vendor charges — are discussed and approved before being incurred where practicable. Third-party vendor charges may be subject to those vendors’ own terms.
Taxes
Applicable taxes, including GST where applicable, are charged in addition to quoted fees unless stated otherwise.
Client-requested cancellation
If a client cancels a confirmed booking, payments made are generally non-refundable as described above, and any further amounts owed will follow the agreement.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and to any conditions or charges stated in the agreement. Costs already incurred with third parties may not be recoverable.
Delays due to external circumstances
Events beyond reasonable control — such as severe weather, government restrictions, venue issues or emergencies — may require rescheduling. We will work with you on a reasonable solution in line with the agreement and law.
Celebrity and talent availability
Celebrity and talent participation is subject to availability and their own contractual terms. Specific terms relating to talent cancellations are set out in the relevant agreement.
Project changes
Changes to scope after confirmation may affect fees and timelines and will be documented in writing.
Refunds where legally required
Where a refund is legally required or expressly agreed, it will be processed within a reasonable time through the original payment method where possible.
